Welcome and News from the CM

Jack Butler

Black Hats and White Capes! #1

The Clobberin' Times multiverse just expanded by one...with the introduction of the Butlerverse! Jack Butler becomes the first new member of the 'Times since it went online, and now brings himself, and his 24-year old Champions universe, to the fold. He debuts his zine with an update to the latest campaign in his world, the Legends campaign, presents the first Who's Who In The Butlerverse, featuring the organization called TAROT, gives us an Encyclopedia Entry to get us started on Butlerverse terminology, and hits us with a Time Capsule entry to give us the first taste of the sprawling Butlerverse timeline. Welcome to the 'Times, Mr. Butler!

Martin Maenza

World of Maenza: Online #19

And elsewhere in the 'Times 'Verse...we turn to the Omniverse! Martin returns to the famed Clobberin' shared world and brings us two new tales from Victoria, Georgia and its young defender, Lodestone. "The Parent Trap" heralds the dramatic return of Magnet and Steel, the parents of Lodestone, as they race to stop the end of their family legacy! And in "Broadcast News", will the Harper family secret hit the airwaves? Plus, we get a look at the villains Assault and Battery on the Victoria Villians page. Get your dose of Omniverse!

Michael O'Connell

The "F" Word #18

And then, switching to the Forte universe, Michael has some new additions to the mythos for you. In "Seahawk: Number Zero", on the Forte 2000 site, the tale of Seahawk's pre-Forte adventures begin. There's new Forte art to be had on the Forte 2000 Art Gallery. And on the Forte.com site, the Calendar and Message Board pages are updated so you can find out what's happening in the world of Forte in 2008. Forte's 21st year rolls on!

K.C. Ryan

Son of Thunder #17

And over in K.C.'s zine, you've got the best of BOTH worlds, with new tales from two different universes. Over on the ConTinuum side, there's new Americana art to go with three new Americana tales. Back from her adventures with the other ConTinuum heroes, Americana returns to turmoil in D.C. in "Ride, The Four Horsemen!". Next, she faces her final closure with the Ex-Patriot in "Requiem". And finally, the bullets fly (as well as some barbecue sauce...) in "The Man with the Golden Guns". And leaving the ConTinuum world behind, we travel to K.C.'s own universe (the Forte one) for a tale two years (or, some might say, decades) in the making. K.C. first Champions character faces her last adventure, as the first three chapters of "The Last Hornet Story" begin the tale. Not to be missed!
