The staff of Nightwatch Solutions is made up of Harry and five other individuals...all of them ex-cons like her and supremely talented at what they do. As a believer in second chances from her own life experience, she gave these hand-picked people a chance to start over and use their skills to make a very good living legally. Nightwatch was founded and based in Chicago, but after Harry's decision to accept a place on the new Forge team and become Nightshift once more, operations moved permanently to San Francisco.
