First Appearance: Forte 2000: "The Storm"

A New Yorker who relocated to Seattle, Stephanie went to the wedding of a friend who was marrying a Seattle police officer...and there she met another officer named Jared Banks (Seahawk). The two were married a year later, and two years later she gave birth to their son, Garbriel. But Jared's growing anger issues, fueled further by the abrupt end to his police career, strained their relationship too far. Stephanie divorced Jared and took their son. She remained in Seattle, and, over time, has learned to get along with her ex for the sake of their child.
