Detective Tabitha Harkin

A detective with Seattle P.D.'s special crimes unit, Tabitha Harkin transferred to Seattle just after Detective Jared Banks (Seahawk) was drummed off the force. She quickly established herself as an exceptional, uncompromising detective who did not work well with others and had anger management issues. After Jared became Seahawk, he began following her career, and saw a lot of himself in her. Needing police information during a case, he turned to her for assistance, and she helped him bring a murderer in. Seeing the need for a connection within the force, and feeling better about using her as she didn't know him from his S.P.D. days, Seahawk has established a long-standing covert partnership with Harkin, and she has been invaluable to both him and, in turn, Forte.
