Principal David Hogan

An educator with a stellar career of innovation and an outspoken belief in discipline and responsibility, David Hogan took over as principal of Seattle's Garfield High School, establishing himself as a leader to be both loved and feared. He took a chance on hiring a new, young science teacher that had just come off stress leave from--and left behind--his bomb squad career in Gotham City P.D. Though he has problems with Paul Seaborn's (Vortex's) occasional absences, he's pleased with the results and is taking a wait-and-see attitude with his new teacher.
