Agent Cliff Rohm

First Appearance: Forte 2000: "Glen and Joe"

Cliff Rohm was a Seattle P.D. Vice detective that partnered with fellow undercover detective Jared Banks (Seahawk). Their partnership was highly successful, and they formed a lifelong bond of trust and friendship. Cliff's achievements earned him a place in the FBI, forcing him to end his long partnership with Banks. After Banks' career washed out and ended under questionable circumstances, Rohm heard from him less and less. But suddenly Banks seemed to get his life back together, taking a job with Tether International, and not long after revealed to his old partner that he had become the armored hero Seahawk. Rohm, a tough agent who still carries his Vice foundation of bending the rules to achieve the greater good, is a regular contact for Seahawk, and a valuable asset to Forte.
