Warden Cliff Stover

Cliff Stover was the deputy warden at the SISRS (Special Inmate Segregated Retention System) facility (super-villain prison) at Pocantico Point, New Mexico during the 4th of July weekend of 1994 when a terrorist attack by Web agents freed some of the most dangerous villains alive and nearly succeeded in setting off a nuclear explosion on U.S. soil by way of the prison's geothermal reactor. Still inexperienced at the time, he did his best to make due--with the help of a Forte team made up of relatively new members that stopped the plot and somehow defeated the escaping villains. In the decade since, Stover worked his way up to warden at the facility, never forgetting his failures of that day. He has become an experienced, hardened leader with command over one of the most dangerous facilities on Earth. He is unflinching, uncompromising, and completely dedicated to his one simple motto: "Not on my watch".
