Blue Dragon

A villain-for-hire with powers of azure flame projection, Blue Dragon, rumored to have been an archeology student on a class trip when she fell into a hidden temple chamber and gained her powers by locking eyes with an ancient statue, takes what jobs come her way and doesn't seem to have higher aspirations. Powerful but lacking in both ambition and imagination, she's into villain work for the regular paycheck, and tends to spend the monies she gets foolishly and quickly and need more. She also has a reputation among the villain community for being somewhat of an "easy target" for male villains with the right amount of bad-boy appeal.
