Outlaw

First Appearance: Forte 2000: "The Storm"

A Texas-based criminal born with heightened reflexes--just like his brother--the man who would become Outlaw pulled a lot of jobs with his sibling (though they spent most of their time on the jobs arguing), and on one, they stole a shipment of energy weapons, mostly guns. He decided it was time to posse up, and he put together a team of former associates of his--and, reluctantly, his brother--and handed out the guns, and they all took villain names and became a criminal team calling themselves The Irregulars. They took some jobs together, some apart, and on one of his solo gigs, Outlaw came up against Forte and ended up in the Pocantico Point, New Mexico prison facility for super-villains. There he met a man named Gepetto, who, through passed notes, told him of an upcoming big job on the outside and asked him for names of merc villains who could join up for it. Outlaw turned him onto his brother--who was now going by the name Slinger--and Gepetto promised to break Outlaw out with him before the job. Gepetto broke out all right, but left Outlaw behind. Outlaw, in a rage over the double-cross, decided to sell out both Gepetto AND his own brother, cutting a deal. Still doing his now-shortened time, Outlaw is represented by the well-known Seattle villain defense attorney named James Avalon--who, he has no idea, is also the Forte hero Moonspider.
