RedRaven

A crimson-garbed, very strong freelance criminal with powerful white wings growing from his back, RedRaven flies at almost blinding speeds and with amazing control. He appeared first in Detroit, fighting against the Enforcers, but later showed up in Seattle as part of a group of villains hired by Mr. Dusk to assist in the Karrigon invasion. Nothing is known about his origins, and there's been speculation that he might be from another planet or another dimension. All that's known is that he is overconfident--with good reason--very hard to take down, and seems to have no problem with selling out the Earth to a conquering race.
