Slinger

The brother of the villain Outlaw, Slinger was born, like his sibling, with unnaturally heightened reflexes. The Texan brothers, when they weren't fighting each other, got into a life of crime together. Upon the theft of a shipment of high-tech weapons, including a variety of guns, Outlaw got the idea to form their own criminal team, one that they ended up calling the Irregulars. Made up of other criminals they'd worked with in the past, the group all took villain-type names and set out to make a name for themselves, and make some cash. They managed to do both, but Outlaw ended up in prison, and ended up selling out his brother to get a reduced sentence. Slinger carries a pair of energy pistols, which he wields with pinpoint accuracy, and wears body armor to protect himself. He has a weakness for the ladies, tends toward bad decisions (as a fish tends toward water), isn't terribly bright, and has an unnatural obsession with the Allman Brothers.
