Windsheer

A well-known villain (and braggart) with the ability to control wind, throw hurricane-strength gusts around at will, and fly at incredible speeds, Windsheer has racked up some impressive hero fights in his career, facing the Paragons, Angel Flight, Thunderbolt of the Justice Squadron and Captain Comet, to name a few. Hired by the mysterious Mr. Dusk in early 2000, Windsheer found out that the Karrigon invasion was coming, and that they'd be running things, and if he got on board now, he'd end up sitting pretty when the new management took over Earth. He fought a new group of Seattle heroes as they attempted to stop the invasion...a group that would, after that day, take on the famous Forte name and become a heralded new hero team and go on to become legends.
