Your Forte web-based
email account can only be accessed through the Forte mainframe,
and then only by use of secure remote Forte PCs (which each of
you now have and had better take care of). I don't think I need
to explain the security reasons behind this. You can use it to
send emails to any other email account if need be (so this can
be used for your media relations and fan mail, as well as keeping
in touch with one another), but just realize that any email coming
back to you will go through several dozen levels of security and
will be subjected to the literary equivalent of a cavity search
before getting to you. Just to keep the headaches to a minimum,
do try to use your Forte account sparingly with the outside world,
won't you? No, you probably won't. Just try not to get us on too
many mailing lists for porn sites, please, John?
